I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Smith on a few of KNAPP’s office construction projects in Kennesaw, GA. As you know, Lisa successfully managed a 5,000+ SF overflow office temp space all while overseeing the 60,000+ sf office demolition. She brought each project in on time, within budget with no major obstacles. Lisa is currently managing our phase 1 office interior renovation with the same enthusiasm. The construction crew had to be well organized and efficient about the overall process within these smaller projects. During the construction process, Lisa is highly respected in the field and by her colleagues and skillfully manages a plethora of personalities on a project of this size. Her attitude is contagious and serves to motivate and energize the project team. She was able to focus on the objectives with the team and prioritize every task necessary to accomplish the end result.
