Ji-Roz

The Ji-Roz: a Greek joint project consisted of a 2,500 square foot build-out located in downtown Greenville, SC. This project consisted of an open chef’s kitchen, bar, dining room, retail area, and a back-of-house prep kitchen. The restaurant has been featured in articles by Garden & Gun, Buzzfeed, and the Greenville Journal, to name just a few. One of the unique challenges of this project was the remediation of its brownfield site classification. Special care was taken to minimize soil disturbance by utilizing special underground ventilation and soil lining. The project was completed in less than 70 days.
