A 2017 Kirby award recipient, this 30,000+ square foot facility utilized two reconstructed 18th century wood barns, as well as traditional steel construction and a pre-engineered metal building. The building consists of a restaurant, butcher shop, meat processing facility, grist mill, and a gourmet grocery all under one roof.
